The director, Lee Dae-Hee was born in 1977. He studied animation at Sejong University, where he made two short animation films.
After graduating, he joined an animation production company and worked on many TV animations.
He currently runs his own animation studio where he completed his first original animated feature film, 'Padak'.

Si Yeong-joon is an actor born in 1969. He plays the voice of Master Oldfish, a Pacific halibut.
The Pacific halibut is found on the continental shelf of the North Pacific Ocean and Bering Sea.
Master Oldfish is the oldest living fish in the tank. He's able to adapt to the conditions of the tank in order to avoid capture and he passes his experience onto the other fish.
Because of his seniority and wisdom, he commands respect and obedience as the leader of the tank.
Ahn Yeong-mi-I is an actress born in 1980.
She plays the voice of Nollaemi, the Snapper fish. Snapper fish are normally found in waters 30 to 200 feet deep of the southeastern Atlantic coast of the United States however, Nollaemi was born and raised in a Korean fish farm.
Nollaemi is very loyal and obedient to Master Oldfish but she doesn't hesitate to boss the other fish around when he's not around.
Hyeon Kyeong-soo is an actor born in 1974.
He plays the voice of Bream, the Rockfish. Rockfish live in the north Pacific and are important species for sport and commercial fishing.
Many times they have been overfished and as a result their population is tightly controlled in many areas. Bream isn't well liked among the other fish in the tank because of his snarky and deceitful personality.
He will bully new fish in the tank every chance he gets.
